About the Role
As Small Business Commercial Insurance Account Manager you manage client relationships, maintain policy data, and ensure the renewal process goes smoothly with this Midwest based independent insurance agency’s team.
- Small business accounts in various industries (main street, contractors, habitation, light manufacturing, and more)
- These will be stand alone coverages or package policies
- It’s a high volume, high touch role that requires constant client engagement and a lot of organization behind the scenes
- There is no involvement from a producer; you will manage all aspects of the client relationship, renewal preparation, and remarketing as needed
Skills & Experience
At least three (3) years of independent insurance agency service experience rating policies with multiple insurance companies
