About the Role
As Small Business Commercial Insurance Account Manager you join an independent, Atlanta based agency that for over 100 years in business has provided businesses and families with comprehensive insurance coverage. The agency serves clients in over 30 states. Here are some additional job specs:
- Your role… is to manage all service requests for small business clients with package policies that include General Liability, property, auto, work comp, etc. The typical client pays less than $50k in annual premium.
- Your experience… is at least 2-3 years of commercial property and casualty experience with a focus on policy management and client service related duties.
- Your technology experience… must be with AMS360 to be considered for a remote, work-from-home arrangement.
- Your location… can be 100% remote, work-from-home within at 4-hour drive of Atlanta so you can attend on-site new hiring training/onboarding with the occasional trip for team meetings as needed. This includes candidates living within Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and parts of Tennessee and North Carolina to include Charlotte, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville.
