About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed (P&C) Sales Support / Customer Service Representative. If you are creative, love helping people, enjoy being out on a boat, and enjoy being part of a dynamic environment in an emerging industry, this is the place for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide a memorable customer experience by interacting with potential/existing clients answering questions and providing input related to questions about the company, its unique offering, and products
  • Engage in proactive policy retention strategies
  • Quote and prepare insurance proposals
  • Work closely with the Technology and Product teams to solve clients’ issues and share customers’ insights
  • Reach out to potential clients who showed interest by phone/email, close quotes, and bind
  • Serve as the first line of response for customers with any issue or question
  • Triage potential claims and handle initial claims intake

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in personal lines insurance (auto, home, boat, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, etc.)
  • P&C license holder (Inland Boating license an advantage)
  • Sales-oriented approach
  • Enjoys the challenge of research, problem-solving, and executing tasks associated with the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment

Compensation

$55,000 to $75,000 + bonus 7 to 12%
