About the Role
The Senior Commercial Insurance Client Manager job opening is with one of the country’s largest insurance brokers. This role is newly created and supports a team based out of Michigan. Here are some additional job highlights:
Location: Remote within Eastern Standard Time and Central Standard Time zones. The group is based out of Michigan, so being closer to the MI, IN, and OH territory where they have a lot of business is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Take the lead on incoming calls, inquiries, and fulfilling service requests.
- Marketing & RFPs: Involved in strategy for new and renewal account marketing & proposals.
- Renewals: Initiate the process, manage timelines, and pull together resources holding the sales and resources teams accountable for meeting deadlines.
Experience: At least four (4) years of commercial insurance account management experience plus:
- Upper middle market account exposure (at least $25k+ revenue accounts). This team writes a lot of business in manufacturing, distribution and construction.
- Active P&C license is required.
