About the Role
The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager is an immediate job opening with a Top 100 Independent Insurance brokerage. Working on a legacy book with a heavy concentration of Real Estate clients, they want you to have a well-rounded coverage background but know quite a bit about the ins and outs of property programs for middle market accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for service issues, you:
- Work with multiple internal partners in sales and client management to handle the service needs that arise
- Coordinate directly with the several points of contact within the account to assist with quotes on newly acquired properties, communication with lenders, and explanation of limits, coverage, etc.
Skills & Experience
- At least five (5) years of commercial insurance experience in a similar client service capacity
- Experience working with real estate account is required
- State insurance license
Location: This portfolio originates out of a Chicago based team. The agency offers three options for work arrangements: In-office or a hybrid schedule (which is only feasible for applicants in the greater Chicago area) or 100% remote for individuals living in states where they have regional sales & service offices (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan).
