They are seeking a qualified Sales Support Consultant to work collaboratively with team members, as well as independently, to accomplish their daily responsibilities, with the ultimate goal of providing excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote new business development with the sales desk by providing training and direct support to agents and Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs)
  • Proactively promote products, services, and programs through telephone calls, faxes, and emails placed to target agents
  • Resolve agent and IMO issues and questions regarding all products, required training, computer operations/website, and general questions
  • Administer sponsored sales and recruiting incentive programs
  • Coordinate solutions to administrative problems between the company and its agents
  • Conduct online webinars to prepare agents to promote company products and services directly to their clients
  • Establish and update competitor product profiles to include product design features, rates, strategies, riders, fees, and charges and all other comparison data
  • Conduct on-site training and promotional meetings with groups of agents or IMOs

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or life and annuity industry experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working with life and annuity products
  • Previous sales support, sales, or wholesaling experience a huge plus
  • State Life and Health license within six months of hire

Compensation & Benefits

$60-65,000 + full benefits package + hybrid work schedule
