About the Role

This progressive and growing regional insurance agency is looking for a dynamic sales leader to take charge of new business development and strategic planning. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentorin,g and developing commercial lines Property and Casualty producers in the middle market space.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set individual sales goals and hold each producer accountable for personal production
  • Help identify cross-sell opportunities, create spheres of influence, and build a broad professional network of contacts in the C-suite that would be considered decision makers for insurance programs
  • Report progress to senior leadership regarding both short term successes and long term business planning to position the firm for success and growth

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient with technical aspects of commercial lines insurance programs, with specific knowledge in middle market and larger accounts preferred
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably for another retail insurance agency
  • Past sales management or leadership experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$125-140,000 + bonus + full benefits package
