About the Role
This premier benefit communication and enrollment services firm is seeking a Regional Sales Director for a territory in Georgia as they look to expand going into the new year. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, delivering customized employee benefit communication and education solutions to brokers and clients alike.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with brokers and consultants in the territory to drive new sales revenue
- Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports
- Use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets within the assigned region
- Consult with potential customers to understand their needs
- Identify and suggest products or services that will meet those needs
- Collaborate with leadership and sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Develop presentations and marketing materials
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in employee benefits communication and enrollment products and services
- CRM/sales management software experience
- Existing broker and client relationships in the assigned region preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$115-140,000 + full benefits package
