About the Role

As Private Client Personal Lines Practice Leader, you will build out the high net worth division for a Top 100 independent insurance broker. A pivotal role to ensuring the agency’s commitment to comprehensive and tailored risk management solutions, the elements of this role will be:

  • Assessing revenue and growth opportunities
  • Building internal operations and infrastructure
  • Defining the firm’s value proposition along with sales and customer service best practices
  • Cultivating relationships with key insurance company and vendor partners in the high net worth personal lines space
  • Executing business development plans that capitalize on new and existing, in-house revenue opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum ten (10) years of successful private client insurance industry experience leading sales, marketing, or business development related efforts
  • Prior leadership experience is required
  • In-depth knowledge of personal lines, including high net worth, insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management strategies
