About the Role
Specializing in low-cost auto insurance, this rapidly growing company is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager for their Houston area sales operations. Primary responsibilities will include establishing office structures, driving district/office execution of key programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring the achievement of operational and financial goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Visit all offices within the designated region to create efficient and effective office structures
- Drive the execution of key programs and day-to-day operational tasks
- Conduct field inspections to maintain high standards and achieve key target metrics related to customer satisfaction, cost, performance, and other crucial measures aligned with business objectives
- Evaluate key performance metrics at the store, district, and regional levels to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in Management of Non-Standard Auto Customer Sales/Operations
- Proficient in financial analysis, budget management, and inventory control
- Previous experience in policy implementation, procedure development, and compliance
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and driving sales
