About the Role

Leading boutique independent executive benefits consulting firm seeks New Business Case Management professional. This position coordinates with Regional VPs and clients to provide administrative support facilitating the purchase of life insurance and annuities.

The position requires the ability to maintain ownership of cases during the underwriting process, as well as engagement in frequent communication and coordination between the Regional VPs, back office, company management, and insurance carrier representatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain a database of clients’ personal profile information and existing coverage
  • Assist and facilitate the preparation, validation, and submission of new applications to carriers
  • Order and track attending physician statements, medical exams, and inspection reports
  • Track delivery requirements and prepare policy documents for delivery

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the life insurance industry is highly desired
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in using CRM in a Financial Services Industry setting
  • Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and engaging style

Compensation

$45,000 to $55,000, remote
