They currently seek a Financial Service professional with a proven track record of building successful life insurance sales organizations in Utah to join their organization as a General Agent.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communication, consultation, and education
  • Keeping up to date on changes in legal and compliance issues
  • Provide answers to complicated technical questions about the products and markets
  • Support and assist agents with sales presentations as well as ongoing service and guidance
  • Review applications and process new business
  • Follow the clients through the application process

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success and experience in building successful life insurance sales organizations
  • Knows how to build a high-performance, entrepreneurial business
  • Keen sense of the external environment – has a pulse on client expectations, marketing opportunities, industry trends, and competitor moves
  • Strong attraction power in recruiting motivated, competent, and talented people to their firm
  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving their goals every year
  • Ability to develop transferable and sustainable systems for marketing, selling techniques, and financial planning approaches

Compensation

Guaranteed compensation transitioning to 100% commission.
