About the Role

Leading boutique executive benefits consulting firm. Clients are highly compensated executives and directors of large corporations. Their dynamic growth has created the need for a Brokerage Support Assistant to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing applications to determine completeness
  • Evaluating incoming documents for validity and completeness
  • Communicating via email or phone with advisors and sales staff as necessary when additional requirements are outstanding
  • Calling customers to validate information
  • Managing travel arrangements and meetings
  • Support new business and underwriting

Skills & Experience

  • 1 year of experience in a life insurance brokerage setting
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple and changing priorities
  • Eye for detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Willingness and passion to learn
