About the Role
This client continues to grow globally, and a key component of this growth is their North America region. We are looking for an experienced product manager to join the team and have accountability for managing the current portfolio and drive the innovation and launch of new insurance products. Key to success of this role will be balancing portfolio management, ensuring it continues to deliver the best outcomes whilst in parallel using insight to launch new products initially focused on the expatriate health insurance market for US employees working for US companies who are working internationally.
Duties & Responsibilities
Drive the development of innovative group medical, life and disability products.
Maintain understanding of the insurance products, customer needs and competitive environment.
Lead the development, formulation, communication, and execution of multiyear product strategy.
Observe market trends, monitor the product portfolio’s performance against targets and evaluate potential challenges to implement action plans.
Steer and support regional go-to-market strategy and initiatives for North America region.
Drive growth agenda and profitability plans.
Work with legal, regulatory to ensure consistent delivery of a compliant product.
Skills & Experience
5+ years experience working in a corporate setting in a product role.
Experience in a regulated market launching healthcare products.
Experience in healthcare with Expat market experience highly preferred.
Goal oriented, self-motivated with an ambition to succeed.
Entrepreneurial and innovative.
Candidates should reside in the U.S. (Central or Eastern Time Zones)
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
$90,000 to $125,000. Bonus target 20%. Health, Dental and Vision, 401K / Roth, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, Paid Holiday and PTO time.
