The Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for the management and development of regional sales internal wholesalers. Key responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing a team of internal wholesalers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Regional Wholesalers
  • Providing sales management and development
  • Producing reports from HubSpot CRM for management team and sales staff
  • Implementing scorecard measurables and 90-day goals
  • Serving as an individual sales liaison for the Vice President, Individual Sales, and other functional areas
  • Providing product & process knowledge and building the capacity for Regional Wholesalers to create sales ideas and develop strategies for success

Skills & Experience

  • 6 years of experience in life insurance sales; individual life & supplemental health sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of sales and management success
  • Working knowledge of internal process for Underwriting, Policy Submit/Issue, Claims, Client Services, Contracting and Licensing, Accounting, and Commissions
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and competitors
  • In-depth knowledge of products and how to create effective sales strategies


$85k to $90k ($120k to $150k all-in)
