About the Role

An Atlanta based insurance organization is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to take ownership of building out their HR function. As Human Resources Leader you have the background and knowledge to provide technical expertise and tactical support, defining HR objectives and working on organizational strategies alongside the executive team. The goal of this position to grow into an executive position, supporting the organization and creating a Human Resources team.

Duties & Responsibilities

In addition to developing corporate HR plans and overseeing HR initiatives, you will be involved in several day-to-day duties such as:

  • Employee benefits
  • Employee performance reviews
  • Internship, training, and employee development programs
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
  • Employee benefits and compensation review
  • Company policies and procedures
  • Employee brand and culture strategies

Skills & Experience

Minimum seven (7) years of Human Resources related experience.
