As Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and HR compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) ideal

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$80k to $120k+ bonus. 401k, pension plan, and competitive benefits.
