As Employee Benefits Sales Executive you represent growth and evolution for the corporate benefits division. With seasoned leaders at the helm, you can learn from some of the best in the business. As you build your client portfolio, there will be additional opportunities to grow your career with input into the department’s sales, marketing, and client service strategies. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business development in and around Tulsa is key with most opportunities for new clients in the small to mid-sized account space (2-99 employees & 100-500 employees). Clients are hungry for consultation from a knowledgeable insurance provider like this agency.
  • Mentoring and team-based sales. You can sell in stride with the commercial insurance producers on staff along with help build up their technical proficiency on fully insured and self-funded cases.
  • Marketing, carrier development, and vendor relationship management.

Skills & Experience

At least 2-3 years of life and health insurance experience in sales, service, business development, or marketing.

Compensation

$60k-$70k target first-year salary.
