About the Role
This progressive and growing regional insurance agency is looking for a dynamic sales leader to take charge of strategic planning and day-to-day operations for their Private Client Services (PCS) division. In this role you will provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for their operations in south FL. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with High Net Worth clients and carriers, possess strong technical knowledge of products and services in this area, and the desire to build out efficient processes and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with both sales and service teams to develop and align on service standards, developing activity and management reports, identifying relevant information and establish frequency for each
- Develop credible business cases, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals as appropriate
- Determine outsourcing strategy, and effectively determine what roles or tasks are outsourced, insourced, or eliminated
- Identify and implement an improved operational structure supporting team development, career pathing, and workload distribution
- Develop and champion relationships with key carrier partners to strengthen relationships and drive revenue opportunities
- Use substantial risk experience to perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics; and making recommendations to clients across product lines
Skills & Experience
- Florida Agent’s 2-20 license required
- 10+ years of experience leading teams in insurance service and operations
- Thorough understanding of High Net Worth carriers (i.e. Pure, AIG, Chubb, Vault, etc.)
- High level of comfort working in and navigating a matrix environment
Compensation & Benefits
$120-125,000 + bonus + full benefits package
