Join a large, nationally recognized insurance broker as Director of Insurance Program Expansion, Mergers & Acquisition Leader to play a crucial role driving growth, specifically focusing on Managing General Agencies. You are responsible for leading strategic initiatives to build the company’s program business, identifying and vetting M&A opportunities to add property and casualty programs that align with the firm’s business goals and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build the M&A strategy including prospect identification, due diligence, negotiation, and integration
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and business development opportunities in the MGA sector
- Develop operational strategies to support the integration of acquired programs and entities as well as to optimize their performance
Skills & Experience
Minimum ten years of insurance experience with success in sales and leadership within the wholesale broker/Managing General Agency sector.
