About the Role
Specialty insurance broker exclusively providing business insurance solutions for Architectural, Engineering, and Environmental Service Firm insured clients in the USA and Canada.
We are seeking an experienced P&C insurance professional strong on technical and administrative assistance with a “can do” positive attitude who will interface with all company team members and insured clients to help provide a positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead person on issuing requested client certificates.
- Assist Account Executive and Account Managers with review of client contract language documents and issue certificates that meet their requirements.
- Correspond with underwriters if client’s current insurance does not meet the requirements of client contracts and work with UWs and Account Executive to broker solutions.
- Pull policy forms of Additional Insured, Primary, and Non-contributory, per project aggregate, 30 Day Notice of Cancellation from policies. File in “Forms Folder” and upload into CSR24 per client and attach to certificate template.
- Assist with President’s various individual and corporate state licensing renewals.
- Lead the agency with compliance with Surplus Lines filings.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience with a P&C commercial insurance broker.
- Experience with Applied System EPIC preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate with team members.
Benefits & Perks
Small firm and offer no benefits other than a cash payment of $325 each month. For PTO they offer 10 days and 15 days after five years with the company. Accommodate all requests for time off that are reasonable.
