A dual role with managerial and account management responsibilities for the agency’s largest P&C accounts, you model service excellence for others within the agency and serve as a subject matter expert on the client service process.

The agency is poised for another year of great growth due to high retention and continued new business pipelining. You oversee a small team ensuring all client deliverables are met in a timely and satisfactory way.
- Location: San Antonio, TX. Hybrid schedule available.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in a senior Commercial P&C agency client manager capacity. Middle market account expertise (minimum $10k revenue accounts; more preferably $25k-$30k+ revenue account proficiency on average).
- Licensure: Active P&C insurance license.
Duties & Responsibilities
For new and renewal clients:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and producers.
- Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise with insurance company partners and other third party vendors.
- Ensure quality service standards are being met; prioritize team responsibilities, workflows, and account assignments.
- Review accuracy of files, proposals, summaries, and quotes.
- Perform annual employee assessments and resolve employee relations issues with the support of HR.
