About the Role
As Commercial Insurance Service Supervisor, you work for a large, independent insurance broker with responsibility for building a cohesive customer service team that focuses on servicing & retaining small business clients. Created due to growth, you’ll manage a team of client service support associates. A hybrid work schedule is available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of customer service representatives including timely response to inquiries, accuracy of policy information, and completion of files
- Oversee training and help associates increase their knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance rates, forms, & coverage
- Monitor quality standards
- Get involved in escalated service issues
Skills & Experience
- At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience
- State insurance license
