About the Role
One of the country’s largest insurance agencies seeks an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their specialty division which offers unique insurance programs for auto dealerships. Due to growth, this role has been developed as the lead client strategist. Sitting at the intersection of sales and client service activity, you provide support to producers and account managers to ensure a smooth transition for new business onboarding, fulfillment of client service plans, and a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Location: The teams you support are located in the Southeast and California. The company prefers hybrid schedules, however they are open to 100% remote, work-from-home qualified candidates.
- Experience: In-depth knowledge of insurance programs designed for auto dealerships working in underwriting, client service, marketing, or sales with an insurance agency, program manager, or insurance company.
- Responsibilities: Typically your time will be evenly divided between addressing client service duties and reviewing accounts in preparation for renewals and renewal marketing. This includes account analysis, gathering information to compile submissions, preparing presentations and proposals, and more.
- License: State insurance license required.
