About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide a memorable customer experience by interacting with potential/existing clients answering questions and providing input related to questions about the company, its unique offering, and products
  • Provide support for property and casualty policyholders
  • Process policy changes and payments, help resolve billing issues, and data entry
  • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
  • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
  • Send newsletters, mails, and other forms of correspondences to customers
  • Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support in a Property and Casualty insurance environment
  • Ideally be a boating enthusiast
  • Great communication skills, loves working with people of all kinds
  • Technology-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment

Compensation

$50,000 to $55,000 + bonus target 7%
