About the Role
The Benefits Systems Operations Analyst manages systems and business applications to support the administration of group health and welfare insurance plan enrollments, eligibility, and billing. This includes configuring system parameters, loading data and rate information, and importing/exporting data sets. You test systems for proper functionality, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure applications fit quality and reporting standards.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling group benefits insurance administration, particularly billing management
- Working knowledge of how to use and configure systems to maintain health insurance eligibility and enrollment data
