About the Role

A full-service insurance agency in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist who has experience working in a fast-paced professional environment, is computer savvy and has strong attention to detail. In this role you will greet clients, answer phones, create insurance certificates, and upload documents in QQ Catalyst.

Job Specs

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Schedule: This is a full-time, office based position working from 9 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday, with a 1-hour break for lunch. 

Compensation: $16/hr contract assignment with possibility to convert to a permanent role with career advancement opportunities.

Experience: Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail. Strong front desk, phone, and computer skills required. Prior insurance industry experience preferred.
