- Client Engagement: Your book of business will be varied in nature based on location and size of accounts. Expect middle market and risk management accounts.
- Lead on strategic conversations regarding renewals, plan design and service execution. Direct the administrative team on policy servicing.
- Ensure clients have access to claims advocacy, corporate benefits, loss control and personal risk programs.
- Sales Mentoring
- Help newer producers find their niche, learn the marketing ropes and achieve a high close rate on new business. Along the way, identify account rounding and cross selling.
Experience: Successful track record in commercial client management with an agency/brokerage. Technical expertise to resolve complex client issues, negotiate with carriers and so forth. Closely partner with producers on the sales process. Help create and drive marketing plans and presentation.
