As the Senior Client Consultant- Corporate Benefits, Your Primary Goal Is a Seamless Renewal Process. Oversee all aspects of renewal preparation including rate negotiations, design options (self-funding), contribution overview and budget development (affordable cost and annual projections).
Additional involvement includes:
- Plan Assessment and Analysis: Forecast and benchmark a multi-year benefits strategy.
- Program Review: Health factors including wellness, disease/care management, funding alternatives and reporting.
- Vendor Management: Implementation, benefits administration and enrollment performance.
This position requires extensive work with self-funded group medical cases and at least five (5) years of insurance industry experience (majority must be with an agency, brokerage or consulting firm).
