The Senior Benefits Client Manager is available because of an issue with capacity. The senior producer and Account Executive have their hands full with strategic planning and C-suite presentations. They need you to be a force behind-the-scenes, building client relationships and executing deliverables without the pressure of being in the lead chair.
- Known in other agencies by titles like Senior Account Manager or Account Executive, you get to interact with large accounts (100, 500, 1000+ lives) and make an impact on retention without being the face of the sales process.
- Your self-funded expertise will dramatically improve. To start out, you just need to be exposed to and/or familiar with experience rated benefits plans.
To be considered for this role the agency would like to see at least five (5) years of group employee benefits underwriting or agency client service experience with groups over 100 lives.
