Job Summary: Join a Boston area independent agency that’s been a pillar of the local insurance industry for over a century. As Group Employee Benefits Account Manager, you’ll participate in all day to day client service planning and renewal management. You’ll work closely with compliance, wellness and sales to build a comprehensive strategy for client engagement. You’ll support several producers and engage with sophisticated clients throughout Massachusetts and the New England region.
Skills & Experience:
- At least three (3) years of comparable group employee benefits client management experience with a retail insurance agency.
- Knowledge of group medical and ancillary benefits plans, fully insured and self-funded, for clients ranging from 20-2,000 lives. 50-300 ees will be the average range for accounts in this portfolio.
- State L&H license.
