Working as a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative for a regional, independent agency in Salt Lake City means you’ll be challenged and busy with a lot of involvement in the tactical, day-to-day management of about 50 accounts all generating $100k in premium or less. You’ll support an account manager and three producers.
- Requires a great personality that comes through to clients over the phone.
- Ability to move at a fast pace and work in a paperless environment (ImageRight); the agency’s system is Sagitta.
- An ability to promptly address questions and resolve client concerns with empathy and finesse.
- Prepare submissions, analyze claims information, manage data entry and answer billing/policy/renewal questions.
Requirements: 3+ years of insurance career experience. State P&C license.
