Work as a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative for one of the largest independently owned insurance brokers in the country. You’ll be challenged and busy with a lot of involvement in the tactical, day-to-day management of commercial accounts, many of which are tied to the construction industry. You’ll support an account manager and several producers between two offices.
- Requires a great personality that comes through to clients over the phone.
- Ability to move at a fast pace and work in a paperless environment (ImageRight); the agency’s system is Sagitta.
- An ability to promptly address questions and resolve client concerns with empathy and finesse.
- Prepare submissions, analyze claims information, manage data entry and answer billing/policy/renewal questions.
Requirements: 1+ year of insurance career experience. State P&C license.
