We are assisting their Agriculture and Equine division on their search for a newly added Business Development Representative position to serve the Northwest part of the country working virtual from their residence.
This key role will help the organization develop and profitably grow its Farm & Equine Package, Equine Liability, Commercial Farm Auto and Mortality business. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere within the Northwest territory. Will be responsible for expanding the Ag Division market presence while fostering new business opportunities by identifying new partner agents/ brokers and profitably grow a territory.
Qualities, experiences and skills we seek:
- 6+ years in a marketing or distribution position in commercial lines and/or personal lines
- Experience with Agriculture, Farm/Ranch and/or Equine ideal but not required.
- Proven success in building professional relationships with agency partners.
