As an Account Executive in their Employee Benefits department you will help execute a new business development strategy, support the producers in broker selection, and run point on implementation and daily client service once a new client is brought on board. You will need to be able to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced work environment where no two days will look alike. Experience working on larger self-funded cases is critical. Knowledge of stop loss, data analytics, health and wellness, and much more will be a part of a daily routine.
