Our goal through our interaction with you is to understand the best fits for you. Of importance is also your geographic interests and what would be involved if you were to accept a position that required relocation. We can best assist you when we have the proper knowledge. If you are simply interested in hearing about unique opportunities we will make note and contact you as we come across such situations. If your interests are in conducting an active search we will reach out to the market in an attempt to source opportunities that would align with your interests and expectations. We utilize several different approaches to marketing a professional’s background; however, rest assured we also operate with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. In addition, we will not send a resume to a client company without a candidate’s complete knowledge and consent.
Our Business Relationship with Companies
Our approach is to partner with our clients to determine the exact qualifications and skills needed in a prospect. We interview candidates extensively to ensure their experience and needs are appropriate for the job and culture offered by our client.
Our recruiting is conducted through referrals and networking with professionals in the disciplines and businesses where qualified candidates are most likely to be and other sourcing techniques. We do not rely on unsolicited resume flow or blind ads.
Our search assignments start with our extensive database and comprehensive networks. Because of our recruiting efforts, we add many new candidates to our databases weekly and update existing candidate records routinely. Our inquiries are made in strict confidence, and aclient is not identified until a candidate expresses a definite interest in the position.
When a candidate expresses interest in the opportunity presented to them, we evaluate them on the basis of their qualifications and work history. We strive to refer candidates who are a fit not only technically, but also from a philosophical standpoint. Further, through careful candidate consultation, we isolate the candidates who are committed to making a career move.
We present for interview only those individuals who best fit the assignment profile. After the interview(s), we debrief both the client company and the candidate and follow up to ascertain the candidate’s interest and provide additional information as needed.
At the client’s request we will assist in composing and extending an offer, though our approach is typically to have the client extend the offer once we have reviewed it with them. After the offer is extended, we stay in contact with the candidate and any significant other in their household to resolve remaining issues and facilitate a prompt acceptance and early starting date.
