They presently offer an opportunity to join their Corporate Actuarial department. As an Associate Actuary, you will enhance the company's pricing and analytics by offering experience building pricing tools for rate level indications, measurement of rate impacts, and analysis of rating variables.   

As Associate Actuary

  • You will contribute to rate analysis by designing, building, and implementing tools and processes for assessing rate adequacy

  • You will develop data sets for predictive modeling and recommend data elements and structures

  • You will support the company's rating plans, rates, factors, and pricing tools

  • You will also assist as needed with expense reserve analysis and improvement of monthly pricing reports 

Associate Actuary Qualifications

  • Must have completed at least four to seven Casualty Actuarial Exams

  • Hold a bachelors degree in math or statistics with four (4) or more years of property/casualty actuarial experience

  • Strong pricing and rate making abilities, leadership, and communication skills
