Insurance Job Description

Our client offers a wide variety of life insurance products, including: Traditional life insurance, Term life insurance, Universal life insurance. They hold an "Excellent" rating by AM Best. Presently they offer an opportunity to join their growing staff in their operation in the Phoenix, AZ area.   

Call Center Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Makes high volume of phone calls for the purpose of building relationships and offering appropriate products for purchase by being alert to customer needs, through assessments.

  • Provide feedback identifying sales trends and member needs.

  • Explain features/benefits of products and provide information about company and benefits.

  • Track activities:  calls, follow-ups, call backs, call transfers, applications mailed, completes returned applications.

  • Meet productivity goals, number of calls made, contacts, sales and completed applications.  

Call Center Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 2 years related experience, preferably in phone sales and/or service, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Life and Health license required.

  • ACS, AAPA, and FLMI recommended.  Work towards LUTCF, CLU, ChFC designation.
