Insurance Job Description

Our client is a leader in the insurance industry and one of the largest insurance carriers in the world.  They offer a 'Superior' rating by A.M. Best.  They are seeking talented experienced sales professionals interested in future opportunities as Agents. Our client offers one of the most innovative programs in the industry. It is an 18-24 month employee agent model where our client places agents in a company-owned agency, covers all cost of operations and marketing material, gives the agent a $15k marketing budget and pays a base salary plus unlimited monthly production bonuses. They offer extensive, ongoing training as they teach you all aspects of building, growing, and managing your own agency. There are several locations available. Local candidates only. Broomfield, CO; Sandy & Murray, UT; Seattle, WA;  Sacramento, Roseville, & San Diego, CA;  Las Vegas, NV;  Glendale, Goodyear & Chandler, AZ. 

Agent Qualifications:

  • You must have at least 3-5+ years of sales and management experience, a proven track record of sales success, and the willingness to be coached and managed within a structured environment from start to finish.

  • This program offers a unique opportunity to allow the right person to create and control their own legacy going forward.

  • Previous sales experience from insurance, financial services or retail management industries will be considered.
