Insurance Job Description

Our client was founded almost 40 years ago to handle the insurance and risk management needs of companies who look to their outside professional service providers for a high level of expertise. Our client has background and experience to properly develop and manage a plan of protection for their customers. They are growing in a controlled manner with over 150 employees working out of seven offices in California, licensed to transact insurance in all 50 states and directly represent over 50 of the best insurance companies available. They are included in the listing of the Top 100 Independent Property and Casualty Insurance Brokerage Firms in the nation. They are currently offering an opportunity for a proven Producer to join their team in the Monterey, CA area. This is a great opportunity for a Producer presently with a large brokerage that is frustrated and looking to make a change. Our client offers the support of a large broker but the culture and environment of a small family oriented operation.  

Commercial Lines Producer Requirements:

  • Three to five or more years of production experience with a broker calling on medium to larger types of accounts. No particular niche required.

  • Must bring to the table a good track of sales success but also as important, a solid record of retention.
