Insurance Job Description

Our client is a Wholesale Broker and was founded to be a preferred aggregator of small to mid-size retail agencies to top markets by offering a strong distribution platform, a comprehensive training plan for each agent and streamlined services which will improve the profitability and efficiency of the insurance value chain. Based in California they have offices located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego, CA. They seek an experienced broker to build a new wholesale broker book in any of these three locations.  They have the markets and are interested in professionals with relationships in CA to grow a book of business. 

Workers Comp Broker Qualifications

  • This position requires a sales oriented Workers Comp Broker with at least 5-10 years of progressive wholesale brokerage experience

  • Must currently be in the wholesale space

  • Able to demonstrate a plan for transitioning existing agency relationships and also developing new leads for individual production and overall division growth

  • Excellent in a team atmosphere with the ability to meet goals, work under time constraints, and be flexible with traveling to meet retail brokers

  • Successful, aggressive production in wholesale brokerage

  • Ideal candidates can bring an existing book of business and our client will strongly consider acquisition opportunities
