Our client provides a broad range of insurance and insurance-related products and services for individual consumers as well as businesses. They are poised for dramatic growth over the next couple years. They presently offer an opportunity to join dynamic organization in two regional territories as a Regional Sales Manager. One territory consists of MI and IL. The other consists of CA, WA and AZ. You can live anywhere within the respective territory.  

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing agency plant strategies, sales promotions, and managing sales production and agency profitability versus plan.

  • Implementing the Agency Marketing Program.

  • Manage a team of Territory Sales Managers including, coaching, mentoring and training Territory Sales Managers.

  • Assist with gathering and communicating competitor data, pricing, and product needs.  

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Four year degree and at least 3 years of Marketing and/or Territory Sales experience with personal lines property/casualty products and 1 year of sales management experience

  • Proven track record implementing a sales strategy resulting in an expansion of products and services sold and significant financial gains.

  • Experience working with independent agency distribution model.

  • Collaborative leadership style.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
