They are a premier carrier of group ancillary products.  They currently offer an opportunity to join their sales team as an Account Manager within their Worksite products line.

Account Manager responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing account relationships with existing worksite and limited benefit medical plan accounts of all sizes.

  • Performs renewals and add-on sales within established premium rate guidelines to ensure retention and growth of profitable business.

  • Coordinates and manages worksite and limited benefit medical plan enrollments, and has the ability to sell all worksite and limited benefit medical plan product lines.

  • Conduct group and/or employee seminars as needed, to meet the needs of the marketplace.

  • Responsible for encouraging an increase in retention rates and profitability for existing business.

  • Perform detailed fact finding, maintain files, collect data, coordinate and manage sales information, build and enhance Producer relationships while promoting worksite/limited benefit medical plan\voluntary solutions to meet customer needs.

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • State License in Life, Accident & Health or obtained within 90 days of hire is required.

  • Three (3) to five (5) years experience in account management, preferably in the group insurance industry.

  • CEBS or AHIP preferred.
