Insurance Job Description

Our client has a long heritage in American agriculture, specializing in financing agricultural real estate for nearly 100 years, and providing operating and input financing for 20 years. Today, with a continued focus exclusively on agriculture, they offer a full range of lending products and crop insurance to producers throughout the United States. They currently offer an opportunity to join their sales team in either Southern Florida and/or Southwest Georgia as a Crop Sales Representative. Would also be interested in someone within Texas. 

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of crop insurance business.

  • Build brand, grow business.

  • Service and sell within the local markets vegetable and citrus production up into northern Florida. 

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Prior Crop Insurance sales experience.

  • Proven successful sales techniques.

  • Strong service mentality.

  • Relationship building skills.

  • Must know the citrus, vegetable and nursery business.
