Our client has a long heritage in American agriculture, specializing in financing agricultural real estate for nearly 100 years, and providing operating and input financing for 20 years. Today, with a continued focus exclusively on agriculture, they offer a full range of lending products and crop insurance to producers throughout the United States. They currently offer an opportunity to join their sales team west of the Rockies as Crop Sales Representatives/Business Developers and a Regional Sales Manager.

Crop Sales Representative – Business Developer Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of crop insurance business.

  • Build brand, grow business.

Crop Sales Representative – Business Developer Requirements:

  • Prior Crop Insurance sales experience.

  • Proven successful sales techniques.

  • Relationship building skills

Regional Sales Manager Responsibility for the oversight and direction of the Sales Reps, including, coaching, mentoring and training these Sales Reps.

Regional Sales Manager Requirement:

  • Four year degree and at least 3 years of Marketing and/or Territory Sales experience with crop products and 1 year of sales management experience

  • Proven track record implementing a sales strategy resulting in an expansion of products and services sold and significant financial gains.

  • Experience working with independent agency distribution model.

  • Collaborative leadership style.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
