Our client is a leader in innovative Risk Management services and programs. They presently offer an opportunity to join their organization as a Commercial Liability Claims Specialist.

Commercial Liability Claims Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Handle high exposure and/or complex commercial liability claims.

  • On-site investigation, analyzing damages; and negotiating settlement or conclusion of claim.

Commercial Liability Claims Specialist Requirements:

  • 8-10 years liability claims experience (7 years minimum experience needs to be commercial lines.)

  • Field experience.

  • Thorough familiarity with basic ISO Commercial Liability forms.

  • Ability to analyze complex coverages and generate written narrative reports.
