Insurance Job Description

Our client is a finance company that provides commercial customers of insurance agencies the opportunity to finance their insurance premiums. They are preparing to roll out a comprehensive agency financing program, whereby they will become a one stop financial services contact for agencies. Thus offering premium finance loans, commercial real estate, and working capital loans, as well as loans for perpetuation and acquisition purposes. They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Premium Finance Sales Management professional located within the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Exact location/city is not important.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing & directing a team of regional and field staff.

  • Hiring & training new staff.

  • Serving as a resource for Sales Representatives.

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build a team of sales professionals.

  • Proven sales and marketing production in the insurance or finance industry.

  • Solid relationships with brokerage and agency clients.

  • Ability to formulate marketing plans and drive business production through relationship building.

  • Current experience in Premium Finance sales.
