Insurance Job Description

Our client is a regional carrier with a long successful tradition. They consistently have been assigned an excellent rating by AM Best. Currently they offer an opportunity to join their claims team working from home as a General Adjuster. This position is responsible for handling high dollar, large exposure, complex commercial property losses within the western section of the US.

General Adjuster Duties

  • Handle large and/or complex commercial property claims.

  • On-site investigation, analyzing coverage, liability, damages and reserves; and negotiating settlement or conclusion of claim.

General Adjuster Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years property adjusting experience with an emphasis in handling large, complex property claims.

  • Bachelor's degree and advanced insurance education, i.e., SCLA, AIC, CPCU, desired.

  • Position requires frequent, flexible overnight travel anywhere in the Northwest territory.
