With more than one billion in premiums, our insurance company client continues to grow and has positioned itself as the true leader in its class.  They currently offer an opportunity to join their organization as Senior Client Service Manager working out of your home. This critical position is responsible to maintain and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of primarily Emerging Market Clients in the Bay area. Accountable for the development, implementation and coordination of multi-year client plans to increase satisfaction, revenue and profitability within the Client portfolio. 

Senior Client Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers.

  • Manage communications between our client insurance company and their customer portfolio.

  • Manage overall customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with the customer, collect and clarify information, communicating program plans and progress and actively solve problems with customer.

  • Conduct customer meetings, or video/web/teleconferences as appropriate, to review overall performance and customer strategy sessions.

  • Develop strategies to increase revenue within customers.

  • Coordinate implementation, product up sell, renewal and stewardship activities.

  • Create, manage and evaluate revenue generating activities.

  • Develop and monitor revenue projections for customer portfolio. 

Senior Client Service Manager Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree in business, marketing or communications from an accredited college or university or related work-experience.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the field of Client management required. Legal services experience and/or employee benefits experience preferred.

  • Specific knowledge of Client management and relationship building is required. Working knowledge of insurance products and/or employee benefits is preferred.

  • Appropriate experience could come from a 401K - Retirement client services background or Broker - client management background.

  • No sales involved in this position. This is strictly a client management role.
