With more than one billion in premiums, our client continues to grow and has positioned itself as the true leader in its class. They currently offer an opportunity to join their organization as Market Research Manager. In this role you will build and manage the our client's in-house Research function including design, implementation, analysis and reporting of client's market research.

Market Research Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leads the collection and statistical analysis of stakeholder satisfaction and behavioral data including the communication of results, critical insights and recommendations to management.

  • Works with business units to manage and conduct additional market research related to consumer/market trends, new product development, segmentation, communications testing, price elasticity and attitude and usage studies.

  • Selects and manages relationships and projects with research vendors.

  • Analysis of proprietary data to enhance sales and marketing opportunities.

Market Research Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree a strong plus.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the design, fielding and analysis of both primary and secondary Market Research required.

  • Advanced skills in Excel.

  • Experience with Access, Crystal Reports, SQL and Statistical Modeling packages (SPSS, SAS) recommended. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
